Participants and trainers motivation

The biggest motivation should be the participation itself.  We are of course aware of the fact that tangible awards are also important so the success can be shown off to the others, therefore, we are striving for providing unique prizes.

During one season we distribute around 15.000 custom-made medals, almost 1.000 trophy cups and 20.000 diplomas and commemorative certificates. We try to motivate children. One of our motivational elements is a poster of winning choreographies in an A2 size, full colour and on an art paper. Children are also competing for a prestigious sticker and other small prizes.  Instructors of the winning teams will gain so called “Instructor’s certificate of the winning team.” Trainer of the sympathy contest will get a unique piece of jewellery in a shape of Fitness Children logo which is a part of hand-crafted limited edition of these jewels. The absolute winner will gain a roll-up banner stand.
